LEGAL SALES ASSISTANT

Description: TrustMasters seeking an intelligent, motivated individual who enjoys answering the phone, servicing clients, drafting legal documents. We are a growing estate planning firm (5 offices in US) that markets & sells Will & Trust Packages. We also offer investment management services.

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is outgoing, is great on the phone, enjoys making client presentations, and is very competent using MS Word.

ATTENTION: Don't forget to take the MS Word Test offered thru Indeed (If you don't your resume will not be considered)

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

● Proficient in MS-Word (Other MS Office Skills a plus)

● Great at client service, you are friendly and have some sales skills

● Good at Multi-Tasking

● Interested in learning: about sales, marketing, estate planning & financial services

● You work independently, but enjoy working with a team

● High School diploma, GED, College a plus, Notary a plus

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

● MS PPT, or other relevant software programs

● Basic editing, grammar, & writing skills

● College degree or some college classes a plus

● English, Bi-Lingual in Spanish or other languages a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

● Training Salary (Generally 30 Days) : $2800 starting pay then Monthly Bonus kicks in adding $[please apply online]/month.
